1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MiM ("app", "platform", "service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

MiM is a platform for non-verbal communication through visual content. Users can create, upload, share visual content and interact with other users' content exclusively through images and emoji.

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old • You provide accurate information when registering through OAuth providers • You are responsible for your account security

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activity in your account • You must immediately notify us of unauthorized access • We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access

4. Content Usage Rules

4.1 Prohibited Content

You may not publish content that contains: • Text or numbers (core platform rule) • Violence, threats, hate • Pornography or sexually explicit content • Content that violates intellectual property rights • Spam or fraudulent content • Personal information of third parties without their consent

4.2 Moderation

• All content is subject to moderation • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms • Repeated violations may result in account suspension

4.3 Content Rights

• You retain all rights to content you create • By publishing content, you grant MiM a non-exclusive license to use, display and distribute your content within the service • You warrant that you have all necessary rights to content you publish

5. User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Actions

You may not: • Use automated systems (bots) without our permission • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system • Interfere with platform operation • Harass, intimidate or abuse other users • Collect data from other users without their consent

5.2 Violation Consequences

• Warning • Temporary account suspension • Permanent account suspension • Legal action in case of serious violations

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 MiM Rights

• All rights to the platform, design, code belong to MiM • Logo, name, trademarks are protected by law • You may not copy, modify or distribute our platform

6.2 Violation Reporting

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Service is provided "as is" without any warranties • We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform operation • We are not liable for loss of data or content • You use the service at your own risk

8. Limitation of Liability

• MiM is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental damages • Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for using the service (if applicable) • We are not liable for user-generated content

9. Service Changes

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service • We may add or remove features without notice • We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email

10. Termination

10.1 Your Right

• You can delete your account at any time through settings

10.2 Our Right

We may terminate your access if: • You violate these terms • You use the service illegally • It is necessary to protect the platform or other users

11. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Україна • Disputes are resolved in courts of Україна

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms • We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email • Continued use after changes indicates your consent
